I spent my professional life as an estuarine and marine biologist. In Marine 10 you can see the influence of spending many hours looking down a binocular microscope identifying invertebrates and seaweeds. The overall effect is a semi abstract, as none of the details are real animals or plants, they are just patterns. This is a largish piece which will transform any room.
The acrylic paint was applied with brushes onto a canvas stretched over a hidden wooden frame. It is ready to hang.
