I love drawing buildings, especially whilst sitting at a cafe on a warm day. This one I worked up back in the studio. It is a view of Truro Cathedral in Cornwall along a side street. The main areas of colour were blocked in, then when dry the whole surface was over-painted and then a silicon-tipped brush was used to remove areas of paint.
The construction is canvas stretched over a wooden frame which is not visible. It is ready to hang.
Truro Cathedral is no longer available, sorry.
