Burano is a small island near Venice with its own canal system. Houses are painted very colourfully and it is well worth a visit. The colours of the houses are reflected in the canal water. This painting was made in the studio, after a trip to Venice.
The painting is acrylic paint brushed onto canvas which is stretched over a wooden frame. It is ready to hang.
