Aquarius is an energetic and dynamic abstract, full of texture and fine details which can be seen in the close up photos. Some of the marks look like dendritic drainage channels similar to those you see on mudflats. My life as a a marine biologist keeps coming out in my abstracts and other art! After painting a base layer other paint was added by pouring from a container, or by splattering or squirting diluted paint. The painting was put on an angle for various periods so that the paint flowed under gravity in a controlled way. it is a square abstract that would suit a range of settings. The dominant colours are blue, white grey and black. It is ready to hang.
