An energetic abstract with warm colours that when finished made me think of Australia, hence the name. This painting works well in our Victorian house but would be equally at home in a modern apartment. It is painted with a combination of brushwork for the first layer, with paint then applied directly to the canvas and spread with a palette knife. It does not need a frame a it is canvas stretched over a wooden frame and is ready to hang.
