I have spent 40 years as a marine and estuarine biologist. Much of this time was taken up by looking down microscopes to identify invertebrates, fish and seaweeds. Sometimes these ideas come out in a painting. This is one of those occasions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘So Here We Are’ celebrates life in all its diversity, without trying to accurately paint any single organism. It is painted with acrylic paint on canvas and is ready to hang. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This painting would be a great talking point for anyone viewing it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n
