I have spent many days doing ecological surveys of coastal habitats and man-made defences and the battle between the force of nature and ingenuity of humans has always fascinated me. Maybe something had to come out eventually in an abstract. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It also works as a pure geometric abstract. The edges and background are turquoise, one of my favourite colours. The rectangles are filled with blues and greys. It is painted with acrylic paints.
